Okay so if there’s any room in the house that has to be super functional, it’s your kitchen. But along with functional, it needs to be beautiful – it’s the heart of the home after all. Our clients recently purchased themselves a great home in Virginia on the North Side of Brisbane, but the kitchen cabinetry was a little out of date with its colour scheme, and they wanted to spruce things up and make the room a lot more stylish and bright.
They were happy with the overall layout, and the bones of the kitchen were still in really good condition and so after discussing their options and having previously considered resurfacing, thinking this was their most affordable option, they decided their best solution was in fact to reface their existing kitchen. Here we replaced all of the doors, drawers and finishing panels with a new Designer White Flexi Panel with a semi-gloss finish.
We fitted a new benchtop in 40mm YDL stone, in the colour Kalala Bianco. We also added the waterfall end to really add to the sophisticated finish of the kitchen benchtop. The splashback tiles were removed and a new splashback panel fitted behind the stovetop a mirrored glass splashback. A new under-mount sink with a stylish gooseneck spout was fitted as well to just add to the overall transformation of this space! Our clients were thrilled with the outcome and so are we!
