Our client wanted stylish, modern and elegant and that’s just what she got!!
This job had us at a fabulous family home in Albany Creek on the North Side of Brisbane.
This kitchen was in reasonable condition but a little drab and dated. The layout for the most part was good, but our lovely client just wanted a little extra appeal and functionality- I mean, don’t we all!
Here we refaced all of the existing cabinetry with Matte Black Flexi panel. When refacing, we replace all of the cabinetry doors, drawers, end panels, kickboards etc! All the cabinetry that was once dated brown/mahogany laminate, that you can see in the before photo, was able to be replaced!
Here we also modified the lower cabinetry and island bench, to really open up the space and give this kitchen a much more modern appearance and make it flow more freely. The small changes to the layout make the biggest difference and we’re here for it!
Of course, no full transformation is complete without a stylish new bench top, and here we replaced the existing laminate bench top with a new 20mm YDL stone bench top. The colour selected was Kalala Bianco which has a gorgeous timeless marble effect.
The old splash back tiles were replaced with stunning white subway tiles and grouted with grey grout, which really just finished off the overall charm of this space!
One of our favourite parts about our job, is seeing our clients reaction to the incredible changes that can be made without needing to fully replace their kitchen and can all be done within a reasonable budget! Our client couldn’t wait to start using her new kitchen, and we left her home with a massive smile on our faces knowing she was so chuffed with her new space!
