Kitchen Refurbishment Choices
When it comes to kitchen cabinetry, you can never go wrong with an all-white palette and so this is what they opted for.Here we refaced all of the cabinetry in Designer White Flexi Panel. Refacing is the process of removing all of the existing doors, drawers and finishing panels and replacing them with brand new panels. As you can see from these pictures, the results speak for themselves and our fabulous clients had what looked like a brand new kitchen.
Kitchen Refurbishment On A Budget
Our clients were on a budget, as many of us can be, and when looking to sell the home they wanted to get this project complete with just doing the necessities to save on costs but still ensure the kitchen looked more appealing to potential buyers. To achieve this, we reused all the clients existing hardware, so his hinges, handles etc. We didn’t replace the stone top as the existing one worked just fine with the new cabinetry. As the clients were changing out the flooring, they requested that the existing island bench be modified to go onto wheels and be able to be moved around and so we completed this modification as part of the scope.
Overall the few small changes that were made really completed the sleek and timeless kitchen, and this small investment really went on to assist in the great price achieved in the sale of the home.
